Aeneas by Emily Frankl

Aeneas by Emily Frankl is a retelling of Virgil's Aeneid for middle schoolers.

Aeneas is about a Trojan who was shipwrecked at Carthage. His mother was Venus, and his father was Anchises. This book is an adventure book. I liked this book, but it was confusing sometimes because I couldn't keep track of everyone's names. Lillie

I suggest you read this book, but The Iliad and The Odyssey are better, especially The Odyssey. Lexi

Aeneas is about the son of Venus who escapes from Troy. This book is a youth version of an epic poem. I liked this book because it had action. It was a lot like The Iliad and They Odyssey. Trinity

This book is about what happened to the Trojans who escaped Troy after the war. I didn't love the pace of it, but it is very important to read. It is a book any age can enjoy.
